I have been using the same travel agent for the past two decades. He has become a personal friend as well as an excellent adviser. But he is about to retire and I will have to either find a new agent, or I will have to do my own research and booking on the Internet.

I think that because of all the availability of information on the web, I will be able to become my own agent.
